This replacement FRONT disc brake hose fits 78-81 CJ5/CJ7 and 81 CJ8 Scrambler models equipped with 2-bolt calipers. Fits left OR right side (Sold individually). For rear brake hose, use 16733.03. Replaces OE 5359037
